Hermes reliability work
Failure analysis, adversarial tests, and a bounded patch for safer long-running agent state.
We traced a difficult SQLite recovery failure across runtime behavior, concurrent access, shutdown paths, and upstream changes—then authored a narrow implementation and test package designed for independent review. Publication remains pending; the engineering method is already part of how we work.
